• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lead Management, or Data Marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data management.
• Basic understanding of customer journeys, lead funnels, and conversion.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and campaign/workflow setup.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with data and able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
