• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in service sales and/or international education, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Background in the education sector or student recruitment is preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Thai and English is required; an additional language, such as Mandarin, is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in sales enablement and CRM platforms.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex organizations and driving cross-functional alignment.
